This idea for the painting 'Tintin and the broken down 2cv (Tintin et le film de la 2cv cassée) came to mind during the road trip I made with my love and my 2cv along the coast of France. Like many of my paintings, it is a mixture of reality, dreams and memories which creates an image of an imagined reality of this journey.
